Job summary

Flip retail in Jeddah is hiring a Store Officer to lead stockroom operations and inventory control. You will manage in-transit acquisitions, issue and intake stock for multiple shops, and monitor weekly usage against supply targets.

The role requires 6–8 years' experience, an MBA/BA in supply chain, and strong communication skills. Ideal candidates have WMS and ERP (Oracle) experience, with a track record in retail or FMCG environments.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in stockroom operations administration and team leadership.
• MBA or BA in Supply Chain & Logistics or related field.
• Strong supply chain mindset and planning abilities.
• Experience in retail, FMCG or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Hands-on WMS understanding and ERP familiarity, especially Oracle.
• Ability to track and report on spending plans with MIS-style reporting.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid IT skills and proficiency with MS Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Screen acquisition in-transits and coordinate project plans.
• Oversee stock issuance, intake, and weekly usage rate display.
• Control DOH for central, task stores and Reno-fits shops.
• Manage Excess & Out-of-date stock with pull systems and supervision.
• Develop weekly QAQC inspection plans prior to deliveries.
• Expedite support to shops to achieve KPI criteria.

Job description

• Screen acquisition in-transits of all projects as well as interact with task preparing to line-up the project plans.
• Responsibility of stock from issuance to intake of all shops. Display once a week usage rate% versus the supply.
• Control days handy (DOH) for all stocks of central shops, task stores & reno-fits shops
• Control E & O (Excess & Out-of-date) Inventory with press & pull system with job supervisors & stock manager.
• Weekly inspection plan with QAQC on pre-arrival of deliveries at shops.
• Expedite the assistance to shop in achieving the KPI criteria
