Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail stores with P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of SOP implementation and loss prevention.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop store staff.
• Expertise in Visual Merchandising and store design guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profitability targets across stores.
• Set store sales targets and guide managers to maximize productivity.
• Oversee recruitment, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Monitor stock levels and implement security measures.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and brand standards.
• Lead regional meetings and coordinate with brand/management.
