Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a DML Order Management Expert (Spare Parts) in Saudi Arabia. You will manage end-to-end spare parts orders, coordinating with procurement, logistics, warehouse, technical, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and KPI achievement.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years in order management or logistics within energy/industrial sectors, with strong SAP experience and bilingual English/Arabic communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in order management, logistics and supply chain (energy/industrial sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours for coordination needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end spare parts ordering from order release to delivery.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, technical, and service teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to orders, SLAs, contracts and internal processes.
• Maintain SAP/ERP records and generate order reports.
• Forecast revenue, meet KPIs, perform availability checks, manage parts lifecycle.
