Job summary

Rawaj HCM Jobs is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to manage local and international sourcing of electrical and mechanical equipment, materials, and spare parts. You will coordinate with engineering, sales, finance, warehouse and project teams to ensure timely deliveries and cost control.

Role requires 3–5 years procurement experience in the Saudi market, strong supplier negotiation skills, and familiarity with SABER and Incoterms. Arabic and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 3–5 years procurement experience in Saudi market.
• Experience in purchasing electrical/mechanical equipment or materials for projects.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and SABER is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/Odoo, Excel and Outlook.

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing local and international procurement activities, from sourcing and supplier evaluation through purchasing, importation, logistics, delivery, and order closure. The role requires strong experience in procurement of electrical and mechanical equipment/materials, supplier negotiation, logistics, and coordination with engineering, sales, finance, warehouse, and project teams.

Location: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities

• Manage local and international procurement activities for electrical and mechanical equipment, materials, and spare parts.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Experience in purchasing electrical/mechanical equipment or materials for projects.
• Strong experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, quotation comparison, and purchase orders.
• Knowledge of shipping, importation, Incoterms, and SABER is preferred.
• Experience in Power Generation, Generators, Electrical Panels, MEP, EPC, Construction, or Industrial Equipment is highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP/Odoo, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Strong negotiation, organization, and supplier management skills.
