Job summary

pladis is seeking a Senior Supply Chain professional in Jeddah to lead end-to-end order fulfillment, Import/Export activities, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Supply Planning, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance.

The role requires 7–10 years in Supply Chain / Logistics, strong Excel skills, and hands-on trade experience in Saudi Arabia. You will drive performance reporting, resolve delays, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Supply Chain / Logistics / Sales Operations.
• FMCG industry experience strongly preferred.
• Hands‑on Import & Export experience in Saudi Arabia, including customs, re‑export, and port operations.
• Strong Order Management background (order flow, allocation, shipment planning).
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and distributors.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting). Shipment tracking tools and logistics dashboards.
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive follow‑up. Excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage pressure, delays, and escalations professionally. Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Sales Operations & Order Fulfillment Support: end-to-end order fulfillment from entry to delivery, align with commitments and service levels.
• Import & Export Operations: manage day-to-day activities, ensure smooth shipment plans and regulatory compliance.
• Supply Chain & Cross‑Functional Coordination: coordinate between Sales, Supply Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance.
• Performance Management: prepare/export operational reports covering Orders, Shipments and delivery status.
• Insurance & Compliance: support insurance management, policy renewals, and regulatory compliance.
• Continuous Improvement & Team Support: assist in process improvements and data quality.
