The ideal candidate has 20+ years in supply chain with senior leadership, plus a Bachelor’s in a related field and an MBA or equivalent certifications such as CSCP/CPIM are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA/MSc) or professional certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are highly desirable.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive supply chain experience, including 5–7 years in senior leadership.
• Operational excellence mindset with a track record of transformation and cost leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and direct the entire supply chain system from procurement to customer fulfillment.
• Lead S&OP cycles to align demand forecasts with production capacity and optimize inventory.
• Build strong supplier relationships, reduce costs, and protect the supply chain from interruptions.
• Drive digital transformation through advanced analytics, automation, and new technologies.
