• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience in the Saudi market.
• Experience in purchasing electrical/mechanical equipment or materials for projects.
• Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, quotation comparison, and purchase orders.
• Knowledge of shipping, importation, Incoterms, and SABER is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/Odoo, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good command of Arabic and English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and procurement costs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ERP data.

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing local and international procurement activities from sourcing and supplier evaluation through purchasing, importation, logistics, delivery, and order closure. The role requires strong experience in procurement of electrical and mechanical equipment materials, supplier negotiation, logistics, and coordination with engineering, sales, finance, warehouse, and project teams.

Location Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities
