Responsibilities

• Leads by example and demonstrates respect for team members and guests.
• Takes immediate action on issues during the shift.
• Provides ongoing, specific direction to team members.
• Maintains an exciting and fun work environment while motivating the team to meet goals.
• Trains, orients, and monitors new team members.
• Reports to Store Manager on team performance.
• Ensures optimal team coverage and rotates roles during busy periods.
• Demonstrates guest-first hospitality and positive behaviors.
• Responds to guests in a friendly manner with urgency.
• Resolves guest service complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensures Tim Hortons operating standards are followed.
• Merchandises and stocks products and packaging properly.
• Counters cash procedures and cash handling accuracy.
• Manages shift schedules to maintain efficiency.
• Supervises duties and ensures policy compliance.
• Keeps up to date on new products, promos, and discounts.
• Drives sales and transactions during the shift.
• Completes required shift documentation (waste records, walkthroughs, checklists).
• Escalates issues to the Store Manager or Area Manager as needed.
• Follows health and safety practices and uses PPE as required.
• Reports injuries/illnesses and safety incidents promptly.
• Operates cash tills and handles payments accurately.
• Maintains clean and orderly checkout areas.
