Job summary

Foods gate trading Company is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor in Riyadh to oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold service standards. The role emphasizes strong leadership, guest satisfaction, and effective staff management in a fast-paced dining environment.

The ideal candidate will manage service flow, train staff, ensure hygiene and safety, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain top guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Floor Supervisor or Senior Waiter in F&B.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the service team during operations.
• Handle guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Train, guide, and motivate waiters, hosts, and support staff.
• Monitor floor cleanliness, table setup, and overall dining atmosphere.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in staff scheduling and daily briefings.
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
• Report to the Restaurant Manager and provide updates on operations.
