Job summary

Al Watania Information Systems (Wisys) in Saudi Arabia is seeking a senior ServiceNow expert to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, and integrations. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures, mentor developers, conduct reviews, and guide presales activities while ensuring best practices and high performance.

This role requires hands-on coding, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to manage full lifecycle

Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow experience with hands-on development.
Experience leading technical delivery of ServiceNow implementations.
Strong knowledge of platform architecture and development.
Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
Configure and develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and UI components.
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
Participate in workshops, PoCs, and presales activities.
Prepare technical documentation, estimates, and implementation plans.
Provide production support and troubleshoot complex issues.
