Job summary

Alfanar Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a ServiceNow SPM professional to configure, administer, and maintain SPM modules, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, support integrations via REST and SOAP APIs, and develop scripts to automate workflows, while assisting with testing, deployment, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience in ServiceNow or similar domains.
• Experience in demand management, portfolio management, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer ServiceNow SPM modules and workflows.
• Assist with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Gather requirements through stakeholder workshops and document them.
• Develop and maintain JavaScript-based scripts for SPM customizations.
• Support testing, deployment, UAT, and change management activities.
