Job summary

TAWANTECH in Saudi Arabia is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to lead the functional implementation of HR Service Delivery, translating HR processes into ServiceNow requirements and running stakeholder workshops to deliver adoption-ready HR experiences across the GCC.

You will guide HR workflows, case management, Employee Center and lifecycle events, prepare design documents, support UAT, and train HR agents.

Qualifications

5+ years in HR/HR-service delivery with 3+ years in ServiceNow.
Proven ServiceNow HRSD delivery experience (Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, or HR integrations).
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) for stakeholder workshops.
Strong workshop-facilitation skills to translate business needs into testable requirements.

Responsibilities

Run discovery workshops with HR and business stakeholders to capture current- and future-state HR processes.
Define HR case types, services, fulfillment workflows, approvals, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
Configure or guide configuration of ServiceNow HRSD case management, Employee Center, knowledge, and employee journeys.
Design lifecycle-event processes (onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave, offboarding).
Prepare functional design documents and user stories; support data mapping, integrations, and UAT.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end users, HR agents, and administrators.
