Job summary

HireAlpha is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect with extensive ITOM experience to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of ITOM solutions in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on crafting scalable architectures and hands-on delivery for enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, strong hands-on skills, and readiness to travel for onsite deployment in Riyadh. This is a contract engagement of 6 months to 1 year with client-provided logistics.
