Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS MEA) in Riyadh invites an experienced ServiceNow IT Project Manager to join our team. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs, document requirements, and lead workshops with business leaders to capture unified processes and workflows.

You will own writing user stories, guiding developers, and supporting go-live activities while ensuring system health and post-launch support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• CSA Certified professional.
• Experience with ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HR Service Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business requirements into scalable technical designs and architecture.
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases for developers.
• Lead workshops to document requirements and gap analyses.
• Support go-live activities and draft release notes or system updates.
• Build custom applications, forms, workflows and UI components using JavaScript, GlideAPI and App Engine.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Azure, SAP or Jira via REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Perform unit testing, monitor instance health and support patches or upgrades.
• Engage with clients to define processes, manage user stories and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client business requirements into scalable, out-of-the-box-first technical designs and architecture.
• Transform business challenges and operational needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and optimized digital workflows.
• Lead workshops and interviews with business leaders to document functional requirements, process flows, and gap analyses.
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases for developers and administrators.
• Support go-live activities, create training materials, and draft organizational release notes or system updates
• Build custom applications, forms, workflows, and UI components using JavaScript, GlideAPI, and App Engine.
• Connect ServiceNow with third-party enterprise tools (like Azure, SAP, or Jira) using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Run unit testing, manage instance health, and support patching or platform upgrades.
• Run workshops with clients to define processes, manage user stories, and provide post-go-live support.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM, CSM, or HR Service Delivery,
• CSA Certified professional with overall 10+ years of experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to explain technical ideas to non-technical business leaders.
