Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Senior Testing and Commissioning Engineer for projects in Saudi Arabia. You will lead integration, validation, and commissioning efforts, directing engineers to ensure compliance with client needs and project standards.

You will coordinate with the Systems Engineering team and external partners, manage risk assessments, and oversee final inspections and handover processes to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage integration and validation activities for the program.
• Lead and supervise a team of engineers in commissioning activities.
• Ensure completion of testing and commissioning within project schedule and client standards.
• Coordinate with systems engineering, operator, and third parties for testing requirements.
• Write testing and commissioning reports and ensure O&M documentation ready.
