Job summary

Hill International, Inc. in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead planning and delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs.

You will coordinate with sponsors, PMs and cross-functional teams to shape scope, resources, budgets, and schedules, while driving stakeholder communications. Ideal candidates bring extensive government/utility project experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in international project delivery, with emphasis on safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of working internationally.
• Extensive experience in construction management of water and wastewater works.
• Experience delivering major government or semi-government programs.
• Ability to engage with government entities and utility providers.
• Commitment to zero accident philosophy.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for the construction project.
• Work with sponsor, cross-functional teams, and project managers to develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget and timing.
• Manage program and project teams for optimal ROI and coordinate cross-project initiatives.
• Identify requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Develop and manage project budgets and ensure delivery against business objectives.
• Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
• Analyze, evaluate and mitigate program risks and produce reports for managers and stakeholders.
• Communicate with Client representatives regarding project progress and concerns, ensure compliance with specs and client requirements.
• Develop and administer budgets, contracts and quality control provisions; direct sequencing to expedite delivery.
