Job summary

Hill International, Inc. seeks an experienced QA/QC Lead to act as the PMC representative on all quality matters for civil works projects in Saudi Arabia.

You will review the client’s QMS, develop a project-specific strategy, and oversee QA/QC procedures through construction, fit-out, and commissioning. You must hold a Bachelor's in engineering, 12+ years in civil QA/QC, ISO 9001 Lead Assessor credentials, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years in quality management of civil works.
• Qualified Lead Auditor with ISO 9001 Lead Assessor credentials.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as PMC representative for QA/QC across the project.
• Review and develop project QA/QC strategy with Project Director.
• Oversee QA/QC regime across all works and report NCRs.
• Coordinate with CSC for inspections, track deficiencies, and verify completions.
• Ensure adherence to Hill policies on quality, environment, safety, and health.
