Job summary

Hill International in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Engineer to develop and manage large-scale infrastructure and city development projects. You will coordinate with design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance teams to ensure milestones are met and quality standards comply with regulations.

The role requires strong communication, thorough documentation, and proactive risk management, with oversight of budgets, schedules, and project controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Experience with major government and/or semi-government program implementations.
• Extensive experience in management of water and wastewater works.
• Knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
• Experience implementing a zero accident philosophy.
• Proven engagement with government entities / utility providers.
• Experience of working internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan with timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance teams to meet goals.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including reports, specs, and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.
