Job summary

Hill International seeks a Senior Testing and Commissioning Engineer to lead integration and validation across large-scale programs. You will direct discipline-engineering teams, ensure commissioning aligns with client needs, and coordinate with systems engineering and external partners for safe plant startup.

The role requires handling risk assessments, training for maintenance staff, and meticulous documentation of testing results while upholding Hills’s health, safety, and environmental

Qualifications

• Possess a degree in engineering or a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience implementing a zero-accident philosophy.
• Extensive knowledge of health, safety and environmental policies.
• Knowledge of the Project Construction Environmental Control Plan.
• Excellent knowledge of Water and Wastewater works.

Responsibilities

• Manage integration and validation activities with the Contractor.
• Lead and supervise a team of engineers for commissioning.
• Ensure completion of implementation per client needs and standards.
• Plan, organize and supervise work within project schedules.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineering for support and control.
• Engage with operators, other parties and vendors for testing needs.
• Approve testing and commissioning works and outcomes.
• Attend final inspections and issue handover certificates.
• Coordinate all commissioning activities with clients and sub-contractors.
