Job summary

Otis Elevator Company Saudi Arabia Ltd is seeking a Senior Technical Support for Major Projects to support the sales process for new equipment across Otis-KSA. You will liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to gather technical and commercial data for tender responses.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalent, 3+ years in sales operations in construction/engineering, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalent.
• CSA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales operations in a construction/engineering organization.
• At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents.
• Coordinate for collections of documents to submit to client.
• Prepare compliance, RFI, ELOG, quotations.
• Support for costing & estimation.
• Prepare contract form and get approval from FOD for booking.
• Pre-qualification preparation.
• Material Submittal preparation.
• Creates record in CRM/Elog for new inquiries.
• Flash / booking forecast update.
• All other work-related support needed by MP sales manager.
