Job summary

Jobskey Consultancy in Riyadh seeks a Technical Team Manager to lead technical activities for major high-rise tower developments in Riyadh. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in high-rise towers or major developments.
• Proven experience in technical management and multidisciplinary team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the multidisciplinary Technical Team (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural) providing centralized technical support to the project.
• Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals prior to issuance to site teams.
• Ensure technical compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and the project's technical and design requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors, and client representatives to resolve technical and design queries.
• Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection across all disciplines to ensure constructability before construction proceeds.
• Evaluate and approve value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship and escalation support to site engineering teams on complex issues.
• Monitor emerging technical risks across the project and report status, issues, and recommendations to senior management.
