Job summary

KEO International Consultants in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Technical Director to lead and oversee the technical aspects of a large-scale high-rise project. You will ensure design integrity, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery across structural engineering and façade disciplines.

The role requires 15 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and proven PMC leadership. You will mentor teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and manage quality, risk, and budget

Qualifications

• 15 years of work experience in civil/structural engineering.
• Proven experience in a technical PMC role.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership across structural engineering and façade design.
• Lead design consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordination and project delivery.
• Oversee design reviews and ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain progress and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and client stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop the technical team and report performance to management.
