BEC Arabia is seeking a seasoned Technical Office Manager to lead our technical office in Riyadh. You will oversee design coordination, submittals, and project documentation, ensuring compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and client specifications across mega projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical office management within construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and BIM tools (Revit/Navisworks).

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical office team to prepare, review, and approve submittals, drawings, and material approvals.
• Coordinate design between consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to align with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SBC and client specifications; maintain detailed project documentation.
• Develop and maintain RFIs, change orders, and as-built drawings.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical support to resolve design and construction challenges.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials per specs.
• Oversee BIM implementation to enhance planning and execution.
• Review contractor and consultant deliverables for quality and accuracy.
