Becarabia in Riyadh seeks a seasoned Technical - Architectural Design Team Leader to drive high-profile architectural projects from concept to execution. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure SBC and international standards compliance, and coordinate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable designs.

The role emphasizes leadership, design excellence, and the adoption of BIM tools to optimize project outcomes and regulatory adherence within Saudi Vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of SBC and international standards such as LEED and Mostadam.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Experience in managing large-scale commercial, residential, or government projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design team, providing technical guidance and performance oversight.
• Develop innovative architectural concepts and designs aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SBC, LEED, and Mostadam for all designs.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and MEP teams for integrated designs.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients and authorities for approvals.
• Implement BIM and digital design tools to improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in architecture.
