Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 15+ years construction experience.
• 8+ years as Project Manager.
• Proven high-rise/tower project delivery in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience managing projects > SAR 500 Million.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management.
• Full lifecycle management from planning to handover.
• Strong QA/QC and HSE knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major high-rise building projects.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and commercial performance.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive project execution and monitor milestones.
• Report to senior stakeholders.
