Job summary

SSH Design in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the multidisciplinary design delivery of large-scale and complex building projects, including mixed-use and hospitality developments.

You will coordinate Architecture, Structures, MEP and specialist disciplines, ensuring design quality, technical excellence and successful delivery from concept through detailed design.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 18+ years' experience in multidisciplinary design management.
• Strong consultancy background with delivering large-scale buildings.
• Proven client-facing and team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design processes and BIM-led delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams across Architecture, Structures, MEP and specialist disciplines.
• Managed design delivery, coordination, programme, quality and key project milestones.
• Act as a senior interface with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Lead design reviews and resolve complex technical and coordination issues.
• Mentor and provide leadership to Design Managers and wider project teams.
