Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Quality Coordinator for Poultry Operations to support the Quality team in the plant and ensure adherence to quality standards across processes. This role requires leadership in a meat processing environment and a solid background in poultry quality systems.

The successful candidate will coordinate quality activities, drive improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance, with emphasis on animal health and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food sciences or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quality role within a meat processing plant (preferably protein).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant.
• Good working knowledge of quality standards, systems and audits.
• Experience in a Quality role within a Poultry Processing Plant.
• Experienced in supervisory level.
• Good operational knowledge of Meat Processing & Animal Health.
• Good operational knowledge of Quality Systems and audits.

About the Role:

To Co-ordinate all Quality (under the guidance of the SQAM / DQAM: Poultry) related aspects in the Poultry Operations to assist the Quality team within the Plant to effectively manage all aspects of Quality.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• To hold a bachelor’s degree in food sciences and other related disciplines.
• To have minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant (preferably protein)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant
• Good working knowledge of Quality standards, systems and audits
• Experience in Quality role within a Poultry Processing Plant
• Experienced in supervisory level.
• Good operational knowledge of Meat Processing & Animal Health
