Job summary

Almarai, the world’s largest vertically integrated dairy company, is seeking a Continual Improvement professional to plan, implement and monitor CI activities in CPP 1 at its Riyadh dairy plant.

You will conduct investigations, root cause analyses and drive corrective and preventive actions to improve quality and efficiency. English communication skills are required; a bachelor in Dairy/Food Technology and 2 years of dairy plant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Dairy / Food Technology.
• 2 years experience in dairy manufacturing plant.
• Experience in dairy plant manufacturing fermented dairy products, Fresh Milk, Flavored milk.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor the Continual Improvement activities in CPP 1.
• Conduct investigations and root cause analyses; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with plant teams to drive quality, efficiency and process improvements.

About the Role:

To plan, implement and monitor the activities of Continual Improvement in CPP 1 through Investigations, Root cause analysis and Implementation of corrective and preventive actions in the plant.

Requirements:

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor degree in Dairy / Food Technology.
• 2 years experience in dairy manufacturing plant.
• In plant trainings / experience in dairy plant manufacturing fermented dairy products, Fresh Milk, Flavored milk.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
