Almarai is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive quality by developing and maintaining Company Quality Objectives. The role focuses on identifying and managing continual improvement projects to maximize operations performance.

You will keep management informed on the latest quality techniques and sampling regimes, while leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving skills, 5 years' management experience in F&B, and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field.
• 5 years management experience in food and beverage industry.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety and quality management systems, including FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP/GHP, AIB standards.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Proven expertise in developing, monitoring, and evaluating Quality KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.

About the Role:

Continuous Improvement Manager

Core Purpose of the job:

To assure Quality by development, implementation, and maintenance of Company Quality Objectives by identifying, initiating, and managing continual improvement projects thereby maximizing operations business performance, as well as ensure that all latest techniques are known to management and sampling regimes reflect business needs by adopting principles of continual improvement.

Requirements:

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field.


• 5 years management experience in food and beverage industry.


• Extensive knowledge of food safety and quality management systems, including FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP/GHP, AIB standards.


• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.


• Proven expertise in developing, monitoring, and evaluating Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
