Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 seeks an SAP SuccessFactors expert focusing on Employee Central to drive integration with Payroll and S4H within the Saudi market. You will lead complex HR tech initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors EC experience, strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, and fluent English/Arabic communication. This role is on-site in Riyadh with high collaboration requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.

Responsibilities

Good understanding of Employee Central and integration with Employee Central Payroll and S4H.
Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Provide achievable solutions to complex scenarios and workarounds for non-standard cases.
Excellent communication in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and SAP HCM Localization for KSA.
Support in designing and executing complex projects aligned with objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions while managing client expectations.
Experience handling large-scale projects with multiple products in complex environments.
Self-learning and fast-developing professional.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal support.
