Job summary

JOBZE is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to lead design, configuration, and implementation in Saudi Arabia. You will drive end-to-end delivery, collaborate with HR for requirements, customize workflows, and manage data integration across Employee Central modules.

The role requires strong HR process expertise, ongoing client engagement, and the ability to support post-go-live activities. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations.
• At least 5 years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Two or more full lifecycle Employee Central implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
• Provide end-to-end solution delivery from requirements to go-live support.
• Collaborate with HR to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Customize workflows and manage data integration for Employee Central.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct training and create user documentation.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
