Job summary

ASSYSTEM SOLUTIONS FZCO in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Lead with 15+ years in engineering or project management to drive stakeholder alignment across design, permitting, and construction.

You will develop and manage stakeholder registers, engagement plans, and communication matrices, coordinate with authorities and utilities, and escalate issues with clear options for management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Planning, Project Management, Communications or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement or related leadership roles.
• PMP or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stakeholder register, engagement plan, communication matrix, and action tracker.
• Coordinate with authorities, utilities, operators, and internal workstreams to identify requirements and constraints.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, record minutes, track actions, and ensure requirements are transferred to design, procurement, permitting teams.
• Support alignment of stakeholder inputs with FEL3, RFP, permitting and construction requirements.
• Escalate unresolved stakeholder issues and present options to management.
• Request necessary resources for quality management system continuity and improvement.
• Ensure activities comply with national/international laws, standards, and ethical rules.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Implement Assystem safety programs; adhere to HSE policies and report hazards and incidents.
• Participate in risk controls and investigations; stop work if unsafe.
