Job summary

Parsons in Riyadh is seeking an Interface Manager – Stakeholder Coordination to lead external stakeholder engagement for a major transportation infrastructure program. The role requires diplomatic judgment, public sector awareness, and the ability to manage complex relationships with government entities, service providers, and community stakeholders to protect project momentum.

You will build trusted relationships, resolve interface issues, and support approvals while coordinating with traffic

Qualifications

• Saudi national candidate required.
• Minimum 15 years of related experience.
• Experience leading stakeholder engagement on large infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with government entities, public authorities, industry partners, service providers, transport operators, and senior decision-makers.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities that support project delivery, regulatory alignment, interface resolution, and client objectives.
• Establish clear communication channels with external stakeholders and public sector representatives.
• Coordinate with traffic authorities, public safety bodies, police, civil defense, and relevant agencies to support traffic management and project execution.
• Assist with land acquisition coordination, access planning, and approvals affecting schedules.
• Prepare stakeholder reports, engagement plans, risk summaries, and management briefings.
