This position acts as a central connection between project teams, government entities, clients, consultants, contractors, community representatives, and other internal or external stakeholders. The Stakeholder Manager will ensure that concerns, approvals, dependencies, and communication requirements are identified early and managed throughout the project lifecycle. The role has a direct influence on delivery continuity, regulatory coordination, organizational reputation, and stakeholder confidence. By aligning competing priorities and converting stakeholder feedback into practical actions, the manager will help project leaders reduce delays, resolve issues, and maintain progress against strategic objectives.
The preferred candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in stakeholder management, relationship management, project coordination, government engagement, or a comparable role within construction, infrastructure, energy, or major development programs. Strong candidates will demonstrate expertise in stakeholder analysis, engagement planning, executive communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution. The ability to manage several influential parties while maintaining project priorities, professional relationships, and accurate documentation is essential. Experience working in Riyadh or elsewhere in the Middle East will be highly beneficial. Knowledge of Saudi business practices, cultural expectations, regulatory processes, and government interfaces is preferred. Project management certification or formal training would add value.
