Job summary

Assystem is a leading international engineering firm delivering complex infrastructure projects across the globe, including energy and utilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The role focuses on end-to-end project management and delivery, coordinating architecture, civil, structural, electrical, and ICT disciplines. You will work with clients, authorities, and engineering teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes while upholding Assystem’s quality and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or related major.
• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrable experience managing engineering/design or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience working on projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of multidisciplinary design processes.
• Professional Certifications: PMP – Project Management Professional is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects and design packages from initiation through planning, design, approvals, tender support and close-out.
• Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with the client’s requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan with technical and project-control teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication with clients, authorities, and vendors.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation, risk, and change registers; support regular reporting.
