Job summary

ASSYSTEM SOLUTIONS FZCO in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Project Management and Delivery leader to oversee assigned engineering and infrastructure projects from initiation through close-out.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely decisions with senior management. Prior Saudi project experience and PMP or equivalent certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or related major.
• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience managing engineering/design or infrastructure projects, preferably in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Professional Certifications such as PMP and Saudi Council of Engineers registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects and design packages from initiation through close-out.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams including architecture, civil, structural, infra, electrical, mechanical, telecom and utilities.
• Ensure deliverables align with programme, budget, scope and quality standards.
• Organize and chair internal project coordination and progress meetings.
• Support design managers and senior leads in resolving multidisciplinary design interfaces and issues.
• Facilitate timely technical decisions and escalate matters needing senior-management intervention.
