Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in stakeholder management, relationship management, or similar roles.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, or major development programs preferred.
• Knowledge of Saudi business practices and regulatory processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, and categorize internal and external stakeholders for infrastructure initiatives.
• Develop engagement strategies tailored to each group’s influence and needs.
• Serve as the principal contact for stakeholder communications and updates.
• Plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and consultations with government, clients, and delivery teams.
• Maintain transparent communication on milestones, approvals, risks, and changes.
• Analyze stakeholder concerns to identify risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with design, construction, planning, and project management teams.
• Ensure stakeholder requirements influence plans and execution.
• Prepare communication plans, registers, briefing notes, and reports.
• Monitor engagement quality and take corrective actions as needed.
• Resolve disputes through negotiation and structured consultations.
