Job summary

Assystem is seeking a senior Stakeholder Engagement Lead in Riyadh to manage complex interfaces with authorities, utilities and project teams. The role focuses on ensuring accurate requirements capture, timely actions, and robust communication records across FEL3, RFP, permitting and construction phases.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 15 years of experience in stakeholder engagement within highly regulated environments, with PMP or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Project Management, Communications or related discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
• Experience coordinating with authorities, utilities and design/procurement teams.
• Stakeholder registers, engagement plans, and regulatory tracking experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stakeholder register, engagement plan, communication matrix and tracker.
• Coordinate with authorities, utilities, operators and internal workstreams to identify requirements and constraints.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, record minutes, track actions and ensure requirements are transferred to design/procurement/permitting teams.
• Support alignment of stakeholder inputs with FEL3, RFP, permitting and construction requirements.
• Escalate unresolved stakeholder issues and provide options for management decisions.
