SSC Egypt is seeking a Senior Specialist for ERP Support (SAP HCM) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will support enterprise ERP systems and SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions, collaborating with IT to optimize HR processes.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years of SAP experience, a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, and SAP certification in a SuccessFactors module. Location is Riyadh; remote work is not indicated.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
9+ years of hands-on SAP & SuccessFactors HCM experience.
Experience in full-cycle implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and post-go-live support.
Knowledge of SAP RISE and Private Cloud Architecture.
Experience with modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Employee Central, and Payroll.
Mandatory SAP certification in a SuccessFactors module.
