Job summary

United MP in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Specialist, ERP Support (SAP HCM) with extensive hands-on SAP HCM and SF HCM experience to lead support in a complex ERP environment.

The role covers end-to-end SAP/HCM implementations, configuration, testing, post-go-live support, and integration with SAP PS, MM, SD, AD, and Ariba, plus governance and cloud architecture knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 9+ years hands-on SAP HCM and SF HCM in complex ERP environments.
• Proven full-cycle SAP & SF HCM implementations, including configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Experience integrating SAP HCM and SF HCM with SAP PS, MM, SD, AD, and Ariba.
• Strong knowledge of SAP RISE and Private Cloud Architecture.
• Familiarity with SAP governance frameworks, including SAC and CALMSAP SF certification.

Job description

Senior Specialist, ERP Support (SAP HCM).

Minimum 9+ years of hands-on experience in SAP & SF HCM within a complex ERP environment.

Proven track record in full-cycle SAP & SF HCM implementations, including configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.

Experience with integration of SAP & SF HCM with other SAP modules (e.g., PS, MM, SD, AD, Ariba).

Strong understanding of SAP RISE and Private Cloud Architecture.

Familiarity with SAP governance frameworks, including SAC, AD, and CALMSAP certification in SF module is a must.
