You will manage configuration, integration, testing, and post-go-live support across modules including Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, and Payroll, with SAP RISE/Private Cloud exposure.

Requires a Bachelor’s in IT/CS, 9+ years SAP/SuccessFactors HCM experience, and a valid SAP certification in a SuccessFactors module.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 9+ years of hands-on SAP & SuccessFactors HCM experience.
• Experience in full-cycle implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE and Private Cloud Architecture.
• Experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Employee Central, and Payroll modules.
• Mandatory SAP certification in a SuccessFactors module.
