Musanada in Riyadh seeks a Senior Specialist to support SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors deployments within a complex ERP landscape. The candidate will drive configuration, testing, and post-go-live support across HR modules, with emphasis on Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, and related processes.

The role requires extensive experience with SAP RISE, private cloud architecture, and governance frameworks, plus strong stakeholder collaboration and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 9+ years hands-on SAP and SuccessFactors HCM in complex ERP environments.
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP and SuccessFactors HCM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of configuration, testing, integration, and post-go-live support.
• Experience integrating SAP HCM with other SAP modules and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of SAP RISE and private cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with SAP governance frameworks and tools, including SAC, AD, CALM.
• Mandatory SAP certification in a SuccessFactors module.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP HCM and SF functionalities.
• Experience with data migration and cloud-based ERP environments.

Responsabilités

• Support SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors solutions in a complex ERP environment.
• Participate in full-cycle SAP and SuccessFactors HCM implementations, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and integrate relevant HCM modules according to business requirements.
• Support integrations between SAP HCM and other enterprise systems and SAP modules, including PS, MM, SD, AD, and Ariba.
• Work with SuccessFactors products and related solutions, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management, Employee Central, and Payroll.
• Support HR processes such as hiring, employee lifecycle management, training, and performance management.
• Apply knowledge of SAP RISE and private cloud architecture to support enterprise ERP environments.
• Follow applicable SAP governance frameworks and tools, including SAC, AD, and CALM.
• Support data migration activities and help maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver system improvements.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
