Offer post-go-live support and resolve any system-related issues. Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance of implemented solutions. Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and trends. Requirements: Minimum 9 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, particularly in employee data management, organizational structure, and time management. Knowledge of integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is preferred. Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is an advantage. Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
