Riyadh Jobs in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and support of Employee Central solutions, working closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery.

You will collaborate with HR teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage data integration and workflows, and provide training and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and org structures.
• Experience integrating with third-party systems and other SF modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
• Provide end-to-end solution delivery from requirement gathering to go-live support.
• Collaborate with HR teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Customize workflows, manage data integration, and optimize the Employee Central system.
• Provide technical and functional expertise on Employee Central processes and compliance.
