Job summary

Premium Information Technology in Riyadh is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to lead design, configuration, and implementation of EC solutions aligned with HR processes and business objectives. You will conduct requirements workshops, translate business needs into system configurations, perform testing, resolve defects, and support data migration activities on-site in Riyadh.

The role requires deep EC expertise, including workflows, data models, and integrations

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) including configuration, rules, workflows and data models.
• Experience with HR processes such as employee lifecycle, organizational management, time and attendance, and master data management.
• Skills in requirements gathering, solution design, documentation and testing.
• Good understanding of integration concepts between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP or other HR systems.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or HR; relevant SAP/SuccessFactors certifications are an advantage.
