• Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills.
• Global compensation processes experience preferred.
• Senior consultant capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solution design & configuration.
• Manage multi-country & multi-currency compensation planning.
• Configure budgets, worksheets, guidelines & route maps.
• Strong expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Handle testing, UAT, go-live & post-go-live support.
• Independently manage complex compensation cycles and production issues.
• Collaborate with HR, business and technical stakeholders.
