Our client in Riyadh is seeking an SAP HCM Consultant to support full-cycle HR implementations, integrating SAP HCM with SuccessFactors and payroll systems. The role emphasizes optimizing HR processes, lifecycle management, and ensuring data flow across SAP FI CO PP SD modules.

The ideal candidate will gather HR requirements, configure HCM modules, and work with HR stakeholders in industrial/manufacturing settings to streamline operations and drive HR digital transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or HR technology required.
1–5 years of experience as an SAP HCM consultant with SF Payroll exposure.
Arabic-speaking candidates based in Riyadh, full-time on-site.

Responsibilities

Participate in SAP implementations and support projects for HCM with SF Payroll integration.
Gather and analyze HR requirements and translate to functional specifications.
Collaborate with HR teams to implement HR and talent management processes.
Support testing, user training, and documentation for strong system adoption.
Assist in integration efforts between HCM Payroll, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise apps.
Stay updated on SAP HCM and SF developments and contribute to HR digital transformation initiatives.
