Job summary

ktriox consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Compensation & Variable Pay and LMS to support a Saudi-based project.

The candidate will deliver hands-on implementation and hands-on support, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors configuration and related business processes, and will engage with clients and stakeholders across the Saudi GCC project.

Qualifications

• Mid to senior level SAP SuccessFactors consultant with Compensation, Variable Pay and LMS experience.
• Saudi Arabia project experience mandatory.
• Hands-on implementation and support, strong SAP SF configuration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support for the Saudi project.
• Configure SF modules and align with client business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage client expectations.
