Job summary

DWT Technology is seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Specialist in Riyadh to lead end-to-end compensation cycles across multiple countries. You will design, configure and optimize the SAP SF Compensation module, manage budgets, worksheets, and RBPs, and coordinate with HR and business stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years of SAP SF experience, strong configuration and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently as a senior consultant in a global

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Specialization in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Experience delivering multiple complex compensation cycles end-to-end.
• Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills.
• Global compensation processes experience preferred.
• Senior consultant capable of independent work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solution design & configuration
• Manage multi-country & multi-currency compensation planning
• Configure budgets, worksheets, guidelines & route maps
• Strong expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Handle testing, UAT, go-live & post-go-live support
• Independently manage complex compensation cycles and production issues
• Collaborate with HR, business and technical stakeholders

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Strong specialization in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
• Proven experience delivering multiple complex compensation cycles end-to-end
• Strong hands-on configuration and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in global compensation processes is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently in a senior consulting role

Contract: 6 Months + Extendable
