Job summary

ladwigconsulting seeks an SAP HCM Consultant for its Riyadh office to lead full-cycle HR implementations with SAP HCM, Payroll, and SF integrations. You will optimize HR processes, improve employee lifecycle management, and ensure smooth data flow across FI/CO, PP, and SD interfaces.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–5 years’ SAP HCM experience, Arabic fluency, and on-site availability in Riyadh. Industrial/manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Eng, HR Tech or related field.
• 1–5 years SAP HCM consulting experience, SF/Payroll integration a plus.
• Arabic-speaking; based in Riyadh; on-site availability.
• Strong problem-solving, analytics, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP HCM implementation and support projects with FI/CO/PP/SD/SF/Payroll integration.
• Gather HR requirements, translate to functional specs, and configure SAP HCM modules.
• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to implement HR and talent management processes.
• Support testing, training, and documentation to ensure strong system adoption.
• Assist in HCM-Payroll-SF integrations and other enterprise app integrations.
• Stay updated on SAP HCM and SF developments and drive HR digital transformation initiatives.
